I discovered amlou through a Moroccan friend and now I can't stop. This pumpkin seed version is my favorite — lighter than the almond one. Goes so well on crepes.
Ça me rappelle l'amlou que préparait ma grand-mère. Le goût est authentique, avec ce petit côté de graines grillées. Personnellement je préférerais l'odeur d'argan un peu plus prononcée mais c'est top.
